Multiple locations marked the occasion in a special way. 

May 6, 2023, marks the 40th anniversary of RMX Global Logistics, a federally licensed broker with offices around the United States. Over this time RMX has continued to evolve from its infancy, before computers and advanced technology, to growing yearly by double digits, adding offices, customers, technology, additional services, and programs. Along the way, RMX became a nationally recognized and respected brand in the transportation industry. 

RMX President Kelly Greene said, “40 years ago, a vision became reality and along the way we became a well-known brand and trusted transportation provider. Congratulations to all our exceptional employees and thanks to all our amazing customers that have gotten us to where we are today.”

Looking back, it’s easy to see there have been a lot of contributing factors that have helped us create our success. Bill Henderson with his dream, Bill Lentz with his steadfast determination for success, the continued support of our shareholders, and all our amazing employees, past and present, that have had a monumental impact on our ongoing success. 

Vice President Brad Collins reflected, “It’s not just a company anniversary, it’s a family anniversary where we get to acknowledge all our employee and customer contributions that have made us who we are today. It has been 40 years of working together, accomplishing our goals, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.” 

Since our inception in 1983, our ever-growing customer base has evolved from its original foundation in the food industry to expand into a full spectrum of transportation services as a Federally licensed freight broker. Our experience serving the perishable food industry in wholesale, logistics, and warehousing for decades in and around NYC led to us launching our Last Mile Logistics arm in 2019. We have continued to grow and expand our locations around the county to provide more comprehensive service to our customers while maintaining our core expertise in refrigerated freight logistics. We have frequently been recognized as one of the top 100 logistics brokers in the country.

Wow, what a ride so far, and we can’t wait to see what is ahead. Happy Anniversary, RMX!!
