Full Fat is Back. Dairy Forum 2019 Will Offer Ways Dairy Can Take Advantage.

For dairy, full-fat products are back on the table. Last month, headlines in The New York Times and Time magazine generated significant buzz regarding a comprehensive study linking full-fat dairy foods consumption to a reduced risk for cardiovascular disease. At the same time, the administration announced plans to consider research on the role that different types and sources of dietary fats play in a healthy diet.
