RMX Global Logistics is unique among logistics companies because we personally dispatch drivers for every load instead of through a trucking company’s dispatcher. This approach is more time consuming and therefore expensive for us, but it eliminates one level of communication which narrows the chance for miscommunication and mistakes. We feel this is one reason our service record is one of the best in the industry.
Although a number of the trucks loaded by RMX Global Logistics have satellite or cellular capability we continue to require regular check calls by all drivers for each load. These check calls are reported directly to RMX operations. The check call updates are entered into our field operating systems, so that information is instantly accessible to our customers.
RMX Global Logistics will measure the following service issues and provide periodic reports as desired:
We require adequate insurance coverage, especially for refrigeration breakdown coverage and workman's compensation, as well as reference checks and signed contracts.
- On time pickup and delivery performance
